Most Thursday Singles Dinners are for 10–16 guests. Final numbers are always confirmed before the booking.

Thursday will send you a reservation request email. All you need to do is click to accept. Once you confirm, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email.

Guests pay their bills directly to you on the night. Each diner pays only for what they had, so your staff should be prepared to split the bill for the group.

No. There are no fees for becoming a Thursday Partner. You simply host the dinners, and we bring the guests.

We aim to give at least 5 days’ notice for reservation requests, but sometimes it may be less.

We ask that you:

- Welcome first arrivals warmly so they don’t feel awkward sitting alone.

- Brief your team that it’s a Thursday Singles Dinner.

- Surprise & delight your guests with a small touch (like prosecco, a platter, or a coffee).

- Be patient with the bill as diners will split payments.

We work hard to minimise cancellations, but last-minute changes can happen. Even with smaller groups, you’re still guaranteed new diners through your door at no extra cost.

We follow safeguarding best practices and encourage restaurants to familiarise staff with the Angel Shot initiative. If a diner discreetly asks for an Angel Shot, it’s a signal that they feel unsafe and need support from staff.
